Alec Beck is a seasoned attorney specializing in Labor and Employment law, with a track record of representing clients in labor and employment matters at both federal and state levels. He is certified as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and holds an SPHR certification. As General Counsel and Board Member of the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (MNSHRM), he provides valuable guidance. His practice areas include Employment Law and Litigation, Labor Relations, Human Resource Consulting, and Civil Rights Litigation. Admitted to practice in multiple states and federal courts, Alec earned his Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law.
